WHY CHOOSE ALLCAST PRECAST CONCRETE TANKS
REINFORCINGManufactured using OneSteelTM full height graduated continuous tank-mesh. Our single overlap reinforcement design ensures complete concrete cover and improved strength and durability when compared to standard mesh sheets with numerous joins.
High cement content means that Allcast Precast concrete tanks typically achieve a minimum strength rating of 50mpa @ 28 days (typical industry standard is 40mpa), and significantly eliminates concrete blisters and air bubbles during manufacture. This can be noted by the smooth finish on the surfaces of our tanks.
MANUFACTUREThe entire range of Allcast Precast tanks are monolithically poured (walls and floor together) under constant form vibration to improve concrete density. This improves strength, and importantly eliminates wall and floor joints and water retention issues. Additionally, our large tanks are allowed to cure in mould for 2 days and are not delivered for at least 7 days after manufacture to improve concrete strength for safer handling onsite.
FIRE FIGHTING TANKS
Fire fighting water storage tanks can be designed and installed for above or below ground. Solutions can be aesthetically designed and incorporated into your property with the required camlock fittings and valves to suit the Australian fire-fighting equipment.
BENEFITS OF CONCRETE
- Thick tapered concrete walls ensure excellent insulation resulting in fresh cool water. This reduces the opportunity for algae and bacteria growth within your tank.
- Concrete tanks do not melt, rust or cave in due to surrounding ground pressure.
- Fire resistant, long lasting and low maintenance.
Delivered with our own oversize crane truck and trailer combinations and operators, Allcast Precast can guarantee on time deliveries and qualified operators with many years of tank delivery experience.
